Topo Changes on Referenced Models / Workaround

As in the current implementation of the referenced models it is not allowed to do topological changes on top, here’s a workaround which has proven to work well in production:

Tip of the Day: Where are my user preferences stored?

To figure out from where XSI is loading your user preference from, look in File|User Preference, choose “Data Management” and scroll down to “File/Project Locations”.  “User Path” is what you’re looking for.
